Here I list medals I cannot unlock for some reason.

I wondered if I should keep this list private but I figured it could benefit to look at for others.

If you have a medal in mind you can notify me but having it on this list is not guaranteed mostly because all of a sudden I may not have access to internet for some days/years.

Medal games that play in another tab that uses http

Newgrounds blocks every connection with other sites that uses http instead of https (s stands for secure and means the connection is encrypted). This means also Newgrounds own games that run in a separate tab. These medals would work if Newgrounds change this in the future. There are some cases where games also work on mobile devices and get the medals in that way.

A Fitting Title For A Game About An Astral Child, A creature In A Pot And A Weird Hole Somewhere Near Bali (True Progress and True Accomplishment. Tested several times in all ways I could. Once I got permanently flickering lines on my monitor while playing this that still stay. The game might be cursed.)

Boom Blast (YKnot and AD??? I do not know how to get them but not for watching an ad and I have tested pressing the buttons I could find.)

Memory Station β (The game turns gray when you complete a level. This is the same as the first Memory Station and if you view the console while inspecting element you can see it tries to connect to a http site to award a medal.)

pixel invaders (100000 pts easy. Highscores over 100000 could still be submitted.)

Platform Boredom (All. The game freezes for a while when you reach 9000 points for the first medal.)

Medals which requirement cannot be reached and that no one has earned for some time (includes games that cannot load)

Crazy Alien Snake (25 tanks. I tested this alot a while ago but I cannot remember exactly. I am pretty sure you cannot destroy 25 tanks because when you have taken enough power-ups there won't be any tanks around anymore.)

Dandy Cave Explorer (Treasure Hunter and Maniac Run. A special case. It falls to the first category since it runs in a separate tab, but you can play the game on mobile. It is just that the game freezes when you are awarded the first medal and you cannot progress further than that.)

Hungry Little Bear (Cannot load)

Indie Jones (Voyeur. The video cannot load.)

Minigod (100 and 1000 humans medals. We lack a strategy for these medals. If someone earns them they should be taken away from this list. I only list them here because the author has no idea if they are possible to reach.)

Phase Shift: Lab Escape (The medals for completing three respective five loops in endless mode. This is just very hard so if you play well enough it might be possible. It takes some time so API disconnection could be another issue, but we get there if someone manages to do it.)

Pokikex (100. Getting this far should not be possible.)

SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO (Maxed Out. Something has happened with the game that makes it run slower. The last medal won't award. Probably by API disconnection.)

Shop Empire 3 (All but contractor and nice team. Something has happened that prevents you from getting any income. It seems like some users have found a way around this though.)

Sokoboom 2 (The game can only load in Ruffle, but it does not work properly in Ruffle.)

Medals that others have earned recently but do not work for me

These are not really borked but probably require some specific OS/browser or are wrongly described so the requirement is something else.

AstroJump (Deep Space. Tecnically working but it is too hard for me.)

Big Smoke's Train Chase (Defeat the vagos medals.)

Bounce Back (Boomerang Master, Speedy and Super Speedy. The game crashes when I complete a level and I have to refresh. I can continue on the next level but not on speedrun mode and for some reason I lose my boomerangs. I probably just need another browser.)

Box Stack (All but the first and last, because I have not reached 500 points. It seems like many have problems with the medals for this game.)

Clicker (Take the 100. I even get the pop-up.)

Final Commando (Boss Master and Medal Medal. I have defeated the boss multiple times but it won't award me the medal even in-game.)

FRIDAY NIGHT FUNKIN' (SPOOKY TIME and Just like the game. I tried more than once. I got the first medal on a computer I have no access to any longer.)

Lollipoop (Adventurer. I think I have tested everything. There is probably a browser you need to use.)

Merry Christmas Tom Fulp (Gift Giver Pro. The game crashes in Opera but works in Edge and on Phone. On phone I got API disconnected too soon but on Edge the highscore did pass 10000.)

Perilous Journey (Bronze 10. I get the medal pop-up. Other medals and highscores are problematic.)

Pico's Nightmare (Winning without deaths. I did it multiple times.)

PinPunisher (Medals seem to unlock for some and not for others. I earned a few medals many years ago so I cannot tell if they would work for me now.)

SCGMD4 (A bug stopped awarding the chievos in-game. I tried with ANALYSIS PARALYSIS and PREMATURE ARTICULATION in a new save on my new computer but it was the same. Even if it would work I would only be able to get LET THE RIVERS RUN RED! ANALYSIS PARALYSIS and PREMATURE ARTICULATION and LET THE RIVERS RUN RED! takes too long for me to try again with. The other medals require you to play before 6 in the morning and I get my internet at 6, or basically perfecting the hardest song which is too hard for me. Yes I overkilled every boss on pro for nothing.)

Sky Kitty (Seems like both medals and highscores are problematic and only submit sometimes.)

Stinky Toilet (Big Green Shit)

Testafan (Deadpool and Scorpion. The highscores and medals for the secret mini stopped to work for me all of a sudden. Since it stopped to work so suddenly I assume it works for others.)

Other problematic medals

These are medals I know how to get but the requirements are different from what is told or you need a specific browser or such.

Other notes:

API disconnecting: After a while you cannot earn medals/submit highscores on Newgrounds. It is usually after around 90 minutes but it waries between games and how fast they run on your computer. Unity games are usually short lived and disconnects after ~20 minutes while flash games almost always work for hours and should not disconnect until six hours or so.

Gamezhero games and similar with that preloader cannot load in Newgrounds Player.

Newgrounds Player has a save issue: For some games it can load saves but not save.

It is possible to use old flash in the browser on Newgrounds. You need the flash player and a browser that supports it.
