Those water colors are great I used to paint with them on that type of paper. It is beautiful with the colors and the colors merge together in a nice way like the sky through the window. I see you have put on reflections with white lights afterwards. Very detailed. You seem to know some tricks for painting water colors but I also know some tricks.

Well it’s nice colors and buildings. How did you get this idea? Is that a droplet on their clothes? Is the cup holding a giant spoon? This is nice pixelated art but I do not understand.

So I started with shapes and color first, a big shape in the far distance and a small shapes closer to the camera, at first I didn't know what I wanted to make until I saw the cup head game then that's where the idea of "fantasy world with a village filled with cup characters came about. Plus yeah I had to add the giant spoon and droplets to add little details to it

it's a meme started by "Brazilian miku", where people were making Hatsune Miku if she existed in their region. people in the PNW just dress like this even if it's raining.
